ICoMST will take place in Cork, Ireland
63rd International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) will take place this year in Cork, Ireland, from the 13–18th August. The organisators are offering a congress with over 500 short papers, all are being peer-reviewed. For the five conference days at least 13 sessions are planned, in which scientific, industry and policy experts will share new findings, practical experiences and lessons from their respective fields.
These 13 sessions will cover topics from sustainability, production and welfare to meat safety, processing and the effect on health, which have a direct interest for all stakeholders. In addition to a packed programme on thought provoking topics of global interest, delegates can avail of additional activities including a special symposium on grass fed meat and a pre-congress workshop in Dublin on meat eating quality and the implementation of UNECE standards.
